Tier one is Interstate commerce, you are a full trucker. Run around with the medical form, the endorsements and no restrictions against your airbrakes, automatic etc. Tier two involves part time farm use say 150 miles, Many states like ours like to hand those truckers who are NOT medically elgible to run around in Inter or intrastate commerce a tier two form that includes the line hauling dead bodies from disaster sites on call around the USA.
Other states divide further into tiers three through 5 to try and rehabilitate truckers who otherwise would not be able to drive anything that requires a CDL at all. It's a sworn statement before the state you sign.
Vision test. Ya know your eyes. They work?
I don't know about the all that. Everything else goes with your new address, new house in your new state of missouri They may require a utility bill and so forth to prove residency. In addition you will probably need your Birth Cert and several other new docs to meet current and future regulations related to identifying yourself for a enhanced license that will become mandatory in 2020 in some states to comply with federal rules in addition to providing you a path to Canada without a Passport (I recommend you get a passport for Canada... you cannot come back into the USA without it.) Or access federal bases installations etc without a gold star on your enhanced license.
On and on and on. Your state of Missouri will let you know what you need and how much in fees for all that.Nick6896 Thanks this. -
