Hope it works out for ya. I've seen too many drivers tossed out of orientation for lying on their applications, myself.

Well its not on my MVR or Criminal Record so they wont find out if I do lie.....Apparently the things i got into with the suspensions dont go on your mvr!
-
Before I would even start my pickup and head to orientation I will make sure everything will work out....No one is going to shaft me!

What a piece of work. This is from the driver that thinks I'm from the east cost when it clearly states I'm from Las Vegas NEV. So my first question is do you have a reading problem? Second, do you believe that just because they haven't found the information on you that they will not find the information on others? Is that how you determine FACTS? You've flipped on this thread twice when you said you would tell the company the problems then you said you're going to lie.
You've had 3 license suspensions and for what it's worth a probation is a CONVICTION. You threw you chest out and bragged you being a good beer drinkers and I guess everyone else should have a possitive statement towards your achievements. I used to drink probably alot more than you while I was in the srevice. But we all grew out of it and went on with our lives. Plus out of maybe 50 to 75 people no one got any charges so you might want to re-look at you habbits.
So the botom line here is people with your attitude and the lack of skills should just find another line of work. You'll never get ahead without change. The Caliber of drivers, that you so diparately need will be turned off when you show a bad work habbitand a lousy attitude. This is only suggustion and if you feel your attitude are fine then keep your know-it-all-attitude and you never know you might get in. Hey Einstein have you given any thought to the subject that someone right there at your terminal might just walk into the Boss and fill the boss in with your record? Let us know how if goes.
Facts come out when it's written by the authorities. Not truck stop lawyers. You have a computer then you can check your own on the FMCSA site. Be a smart driver and don'y cut your legs off before you strat beacuse you heard from jonny at the truck stop so it must be true. -
Nope i never been convicted of a dwi or a dui.....I think you need to find another line of work and an attitude adjustment and quit putting people down with **** that you dont even know what you are talking about. Have a nice day.

Lets see Gashauler # 20 years plus experience or Landstar2206 # 1 year which makes him an apprentice, Hmmm who to go with.
Well I can tell you if I do your back ground check I will find all violations Driving related or not. NCIC records are not private they are public record. The court is not going to seal a DUI so it would show right away. Now your DAC is going to show turned down lied on application. A employer that uses DAC can post to your record weather or not your hired. Now your twice screwed with no experience to bail you out on either case. Lying is never a good choice it just shows lack of character.
And yeah here in California we take a dim view of drunk ######## driving, they are responsible for murdering more people than any other group of drivers. You want to be proud of driving drunk, lying you have even less character than previously thought. Our driver background checks are probably more through since they are probably conducted by someone sober that can actually read. As far as Gashauler being wrong I do not think so. Hes been on here along time, I've never found an error on his part or a post with your lack of class. You are excally the kind of driver giving everyone else a bad name.
