    Thanks for your reply. I took pics of my trailer and the damage to the pick up truck. No major damage. Just the behind left time tail light and small scratch from side sweet. The guy said no one injured but i know it can change with a lawyer

    Wont be a ticketed accident. May get reported to DAC (just to trash your record) probably only when you quit). Will clearly be your fault. I mean you hit him ( maybe too fast for conditions maybe not) but at least failure to maintain vehicle in lane. MAY NOT even find its way onto your MVR since no ticket. But company knows about it and will be payed for. You could be going 10 mph hour on ice and still lose control dont sweat it. Just drive like an old man in a Cadillac next time. Let the hot shots go around.
