    Only what you tell them.

Or what shows up in a drug test :)

Personally I’d just list what I’m taking when I fill out the questionnaire for the physical.

A lot of companies these days require a new physical from one of their doctors before you hire on. If you’re that concerned about what they ask and what they can find out then maybe this isn’t the job for you.

    Speedy356 and Arctic_fox Thank this.

They read what you write on your office paperwork.

Company asking to obtain medical records is problematic.

Not sure if it is a HIPPA violation but I'm willing to say the company lawyers and the government would possible allow this only with your written consent.

Example: Drug and alcohol testing results require your written permission to release any results.

After a Fatal accident I had the individual post-accident tested.

The state PD had called to make sure we were doing the testing and indicated they wanted the results.

I reminded them about needing the individual's written permission and within an hour there was a trooper at our front door with a form for the person to sign.
