    usually once you move fast than 20mph or something it auto sets you to driving on duty well for the one I used

    If you have off duty driving as an option it won't put you on duty. Some carriers don't give you that option I hear.

    It does not fit under the guidance. Short trips to and from lodgings, meals, etc.

    Not advancing towards your next load while on break.

    The company should know better than to put you in that situation.

    when I get to were I'm unloading at night I unplug the tracker after I go in the sleeper I haul bulk so there weight in crap in the morning then get in line to unload when I'm ready to ride for the day plug it back in and have my 14 or I unplug at a place that I want it to look like I stayed for the night and go back to that spot the next day and ride from there plenty of loop holes just need balls to do it

    Although I admire your approach, I’m pretty sure you guys are gonna get popped for that. Otherwise everyone would be doing it.

    In an audit it will stick out like a sore thumb. Going to be unexplained mileage, and data gaps. Sounds like a good way to get an unsatisfactory ratings and a visit from the Feds.
