I forget the formula, but I did the wavelength math once for a 5/8 wave 11 meter antenna, and if it was tuned to CH 19 that worked out to a good resonance for 6 meters, but I don't remember what fraction of a wavelength it was, and have no idea what kind of bandwidth it would have.

5/8 wave is 21.4 foor on CB now many antennas are loaded to 3/4 wave which is 25.6 foot now any 17 meter 1/2 wave will work as a 1.5 wave on 6 which is 25.64 foot so YES a 5/8 wave CB CAN wotk on 6 meters if it is loaded to 3/4 wave ........
