Question about Long Island

I havent noticed any "spontaneous" construction in NYC... its all been dragging out for years

 

run through there and tear everything up and don't go back

 

And this is why I don't get a CB.

I can just imagine what all I've been called doing 40 in the 35mph zones.

I was at Rockaway a few weeks back. All I remember is going through 40+ streets to get there OFF of the main highway.

 

Reminds me of the ramp from I-195 to 79 in Fall River, MA. I have to keep it under 20mph for about a half mile stretch to keep from scrambling my load and the contents of the cab. It's a single lane, so I make a lot of new friends in the process.

 

I'm sitting on rockaway blvd right now, probably looped around the 678/belt parkway interchange about 4 times tonight after dispatch forgot to tell me the one airline move to the opposite side of the airport lol but following 678 Nb can be tricky since the truck route keeps cutting off, you can end up on 3 different parkways if your heading to 95.

And I'm sure I've been called everything under the sun possable over the cb aswell lucky for me our trucks dont have cb's, If the super truckers wanna haul ### there are 2 other lanes they can use.
