So now I am a junkie? No bud. Even a former president tried (in all likely more than once) illegal substances. Is he a junkie as well in your opinion. I am not a junkie bud. Everybody who doesnt live in there mommies basement collecting comic books there whole life or who doesn't go to church 8 days a week has had some kind of experience with alcohol, and drugs. If not than that person is a freek of nature. An oddity.

Alcohol and drugs, like most things is not bad if used infrequently in extreme moderation. Its when you overindulge they become problematic and cause serious problems, be it putting human lives, relationships, health ets... at extreme risk, over eating, addiction. Most things in life in moderation are harmless, most things when done or used in over abundance are huge problems. Many things that are necessary for life become really bad when overindulged upon. Take caleries, sodium even water. Chico CA a few years ago a colledge kid died after drinking two much water for a frat initiation.

You take the ultra conservitive view of things. If a person smokes waky tabaki once in there life, you condon them for life. Drinks a beer condoned for life. What about cafein? How do you feel about cafeen? Other energy stimulants. Are people that consume even a small amount of them condoned for life in your mind?? There is an extremely high level of hypocrisy in your perspective.

Ah, for the good old days of trucking:

"And I been from Tuscon to Tucumcari
    Tehachapi to Tonapah
Driven every kind of rig that's ever been made
Driven the back roads so I wouldn't get weighed
And if you give me: weed, whites, and wine
And you show me a sign
I'll be willin', to be movin"

    RIP Lowell George

The federal regs only permit a Urine Analysis, or a Breath Alcohol test....no other type is permitted by law.

Is it just me or are dope advocates unusually militant when told others find them lacking?

From what I have seen of dopes they should be a lot mellower.

I think that part of their brain is damaged due to their smoking dope....imagine how bad cigarettes are for you, and then add all the unknown chemicals in pot, and all of a sudden your brain cells are dying off and you can't think straight... :biggrin_2558:

They are jealous of those that drink alcohol.

Compared to the known ungodly crap that cigarette manufacturers put in cigs? Chemicals that don't just kill brain cells, they just kill.

OP, give it up, for life.

I mean, forever and also to live longer... Whether truck driving or not.

You got me curious about what is in cigarettes besides tobacco, and the list of additives that are used available online at wikipedia, but the list of 599 additives is too long to list here. And as you said, this stuff will kill you.:biggrin_2552:

This is the list of 599 additives in cigarettes submitted to the United States Department of Health and Human Services in April 1994. It applies, as documented, only to American manufactured cigarettes intended for distribution within the United States by the listed companies. The five major tobacco companies that reported the information were:
One significant issue is that while all these chemical compounds have been approved as additives to food, they were not tested by burning. Burning changes the properties of chemicals. More than 4,000 chemical compounds are created by burning a cigarette.[1]

That's what I've done. I don't care if my friends do it around me, I just don't get tempted by it anymore.

...although I do have to say that I've been smoking cigarettes (The regular tabackey, not the wackey tabackey) a lot more than usual.
