    There may not be a "team log book" as you put it but a team's log books have to match and be synced or they are not compliant.

    Yes, you are right! Team's Log Books have to match or else.... The question was is there a way to save paper and be legal..

    looking for a new stalker

    way we always ran was in the sleeper ..we had short hauls sometimes...but i didnt think you could log off duty, unless you were stopped......on duty or sleeper for the co driver.....and i never had a log violation...but hey...maybe i am wrong...

    ....No you are not, I heard that from a DOT officer off duty hours does not count like a 10 hours rest time in the sleeper. So best bet is the sleeper.
