    Can your mom "ride", per se? My son is 13 and is the size of an 8 year old, and can ride stuff too heavy for the wife, and barely touch the ground......because he can RIDE. Ya can, or ya can't. Size is relevant, yes, but my wife can't even ride a 249. Less than a 250... yep~!
