question for end dumps

    You aren't going to find any regulations requiring any specific blocking for the fifth wheel. If the wood blocks are firmly secured I doubt the dot would say anything about it. With that said, the wood won't work very well so he will find out for himself that he needs a better way to block the fifth wheel.
