question for new prime drivers

    Do you have physical proof like tax returns or even a notorized statement from a neighbor explaining your situation would work. Companies are picky because they have to satisfy the FMCSA regulation to prove you have never driven a truck before. Back in the old days truckers would lose their CDL for one reason or another and just go get another one in another state. Not saying you but someone could fail a drug screen and get fired and lie about it on their application.

    That's why they are picky. One day they'll have this all computerized where they can eliminate the background check. It's getting closer but we aren't quite there yet.
