How easy is it to find loads on schneiders load boards? How many days in advance do the best loads show up? On average, how much do you make per mile on each load? How do you like working with schneider?

Thinking about going owner op eventually. Only way I'll do it is percentage pay, buy my own truck (not leasing), and have my own authority.

Thank you for any answers to my questions.

Th last company I worked for was small and got loads brokered through SNI. I got to deal with brokers on a daily basis including securing loads. SNI varies on how far out the load is posted. I have seen loads posted 4 days out and have seen them posted 2 hours out. Pay is decent. I didn't secure anything less than $1.75/ mile. Best I ever got on the SNI was $2.00. Of course the loads I got were just st Louis to Chicago or vise versa. Sometimes the loads are not so easy to find. But if you have your own authority you can use which ever broker you would like. For the most part SNI is easy to work with. They will even provide a trailer on their loads.
    Hope this helps.
