Filters at TK will cost ya $100, just go to napa or something and have them cross reference the numbers and pay $20. 5 quarts? My SB III takes 4.5 gallons of oil, i change it every 1000 hours. Yes $300 sounds about right for a full TK service as they are pricey. Belts are easy to adjust, just make sure you have a long prybar or some kind of pipe for the long fan belt.

Geezuz, I said quarts. YES GALLONS.
Trick goofed myself, comparing 4-wheelers vs reefers.
Yes, gallons -
Figured you was having a brain fart Mike

Thanks Martin, yes brain fart. I did mean gallons. Edited it right.
I need to replace my high speed solenoid (it's stuck - reefer only runs on low speed)
Cheap and easy fix I could do in mimutes, but I like the quietness of low speed, exclusively. (grin) -
My high speed has been unplugged from the solenoid since i bought the trailer, might hook it back up for the hot CA summers since i might be staying out here this summer i guess.

HI, I'm hualing milk at the present time and would like to purchase a refeer but am not sure what kind of rate I'll get on some of the load boards. I would hate to buy a trailer and find out that the rates aren't enough to make it worth while. Sure would appreciate any advice... thanks.
