Gates green strip belts are as good or better than the dealer. The ones on my fan last 3 years. I buy them from O’Rileys.

I work at getting good prices , just bought new tires thru LS .$350 for 11.25.5 drives from continental, they are 550-600 at TS, then sold my old tires for $75 each
Going to Joplin to replace my complete exhaust system, $2000 or more less than I could get it done at home.
But my motor and accessories only get the exact parts they need. No sorta fit on my truck.

    lynchy and RStewart Thank this.

I hear ya. I don't put sorta fit parts on my truck either but I don't need genuine paccar stuff either. LS does have good prices on tires though.

Most of the parts I get from advance I have to order anyway so I don't worry about where the closest store is. That doesn't work if I need the parts now, lol. Napa has a lot of stuff in stock.

If you're still interested in pulling a tanker I think it will be difficult for you to find a reputable company that will allow a truck that old to be leased on.
