    here is his situation.. he is fresh out of school and got hired in an otr company, he is still in training with a mentor. An emergency happened at home so the company has to schedule him a flight home (company pay for everything). Once he got home for a couple of days he just decided to quit and never return. His question is can the company give him a bad DAC report because of that or deduct his last psycheck?

    Who paid for the school ? If the company did, you bet your sweet @&$ there gonna get every cent back. And also they will get restitution for what they spent to get him home for the so-called emergency. DAC report, depends.......
