here is his situation.. he is fresh out of school and got hired in an otr company, he is still in training with a mentor. An emergency happened at home so the company has to schedule him a flight home (company pay for everything). Once he got home for a couple of days he just decided to quit and never return. His question is can the company give him a bad DAC report because of that or deduct his last psycheck?
