Question from new broker/agent

    Go hire a sales person to find loads for you and see how often you are replacing that person with that attitude. Don't be so narrow minded that you think the only value in this chain is the work you do. Most drivers I talk to couldn't give away something let alone actually sell.

    But then again we are in an industry where business planning consists of picking up a bunch of mags from a TS and seeing who pays the highest mileage or will cover you plates.

    Ha, he is an O/O. Bet he thinks you should be doing this for free. Because the only value in this whole chain is the guy driving the truck.

    Now we say all the time we would not be where we are today if it wasn't for our drivers. So we more than most understand the great value that drivers bring. But we are focused on how can we bring 200% of value to our drivers day in and day out.
