Brickhauler, thanks for the info. I am not sure if he got his bobtail ins individually or through the company but I will look into it. No he did not have a drop deck, he had been talking about changing to a drop deck just before he passed. Thanks for the offer and I understand. As for parking it well I am hoping to get it sold as quickly as possible as my family is being evicted from our home and we need the money. 2009 is turning out to be a really really bad year for my family.

Tran Man, thanks I would love to be able to relax and enjoy the day but until I get that equipment home and out of the clutches of those who have it I can not relax. Thanks for the offer and I will add you to my growing list
drivers are the one thing I do not have a shortage of. Every since this happened I have found that I have more friends with CDL's then I ever knew. I am also finding that my friends and even strangers such as yourself are more willing to help my mother and I through this situation than our own family.

junkyardhound, thank you I will keep everyone posted as things progress.

I'm there ,..If you need me
You needed some help, and where MAN enough to ask in the most logical place. That shows me "Your smart, and resourceful"
I respect that about you !
Bottom line; "I'm glad this system is functioning, and your receiving help"

My Condolences. Look on USHIP and get a bid going. It's self explanatory, meanwhile, go get a temporary tag from DMV to bring it home. It's pretty easy and it should still have insurance on it but if it doesn't, try Progressive. There are a lot of ways to get it home including, get a tag (Liscence plate)from Tennessee, they are called permanent tag

Good luck, things will turn around. If I can help anyway, let me know ( information ideas or whatever) I think the insurance coverage is the main problem to solve to get it moving, the temp permits should not be too big of a deal once there is some kind of coverage. It sounds like the trailer might be worth as much or more than the truck. Reitnouer is top of the line in the trailer world. I hope things turn out good in the end.
khund Thanks this. -
Khund... sorry for your loss. Noticed your "Truckers Significant Other"? Sending Sig. Other not an option?
-
MilkMan, thank you but significant other was my father.
-
Passin Thru, thank you for your well wishes. My fathers insurance was through his company and they pulled that the day he died when they pulled everything else. I have never heard of USHIP but I will look into them, thank you.
