    Beginning April 1st, 2023 I will be enrolled in Medicare parts A & B. I am also planning to join the Riverside Advantage Plan during the upcoming enrollment period. My investment income is still a problem so I have decided to pay the Part B premium quarterly out of pocket and not use Social Security. This also means beginning in April I will be forced to have 2 primary care doctors. One at Riverside and another at the VA.

    Don't make the mistake of declining Part B when you become eligible. There is a penalty for doing so for the rest of your life.
