I have a similar question- trying to ship a 45HC on a tilt-back 40 deck and wondering how much trouble I will have getting permission for it. 4' overhang off the back, and 1' off the front? Is there a front? Modified container, not empty. Alberta, Montana, Idaho, Washington is preferred way to go. This seems tricky...

Posting the same question 7 times is still going to get you an answer you don’t want to hear.

A loaded container must be fully supported by the trailer. Full stop.
