Question on getting new glasses

I cannot use one hour one stop providers.

A eye surgeon generates a prescripton based on a trifocal. With a partiuclar empasis on between 24 inches to 31 max focal length becuase those represent the front sight of my handgun or rifle.

He carefully checks the rest of the eyes for essentially anything that develops health wise.

After a battery of more tests he writres a Prescription that is essentially a highdollar.

Auto shading, autolux changing, auto impact safety, thin lenses and sol My frames are aready in my possession mail ordered from a supply house. Those get turned in wth prescription.

When I get it nackinsideof 2 weeks, I go into a quiet and secure room and draw my colt against certain targets. If it matches then I know the precriptions are dead on; I'll pay the 700 or so bill and it will be between10 to 15 years before I have to deal wih this next time.

I just go to LensCrafters when I take hometime. Less than an hour to check my prescription and then I go get something to eat or shop nearby while they put them together.

No reason to make it more difficult than it has to be.
