MAC 10, the missing last 4 days is generic. It could be every day for the last 4 days or it could just be today. Any missing day will kick the message. MAC 32 is the DVIR and as stated is required for electronic logs to be DOT compliant. MAC 34 is not a requirement. It only needs to be used when you want to update your PTA.
The DM's that I have in PHX, they want the MAC 10 and 34 every single day. The MAC 34 is a good idea since you never know when the system goes and pushes you out without you knowing. If you send the MAC 34 and get a msg back that driver changed PTA, then you know that it was pushed out.
