Question on Not buying a APU???

Hey Heavy Dude, what size honda are you running, and what kind of ac unit are you running under your bunk. Thanks for your help.

 

3000 watt and the smallest AC unit I could find. I can't rember the btu.

 

You might want to shop around for that Webasto heater. $600.00 installed is what I paid.

P.S ceramic heaters ran off a gas generator is a lame setup.
Have fun messing with that in the cold and snow.

 

I have messed with it in the snow for years. I took the money I saved by not buying an APU and bought the wife a new Jeep. When my heater quits I go buy another. Not take the APU to some parts changer and spend $$$ Everyone has opinion as to the best answer, mine is the cheap way.

 

i have a honda 3k watt and a 5k btu window a/c.

 

i can run my a/c, microwave, fan crock pot, light all at the same time with that gen. and its very quiet.

 

That is the same honda gen as mine.
