I know this question may make me seem like a smart-##### & uncaring, however I must ask. Why do people with bad credit think there is a short cut to getting the good deals that O/Os with good credit get? Bad credit ( regardless of reason ) spells RISK to any potential lender, therefore you are going to pay for the privilege of using someone elses money. If you can't operate your business with this extra cost figured in to your budget you simply don't do it.

Got another batch of quotes today:

    1 Million Liability
    100k Cargo (Including Reefer breakdown)
    100k UM / UUM
    5k Medical Payments
    Unlimited Miles
Commodity: Temperature Controlled freight including frozen product.

    Great West: $7600
    Lancer: $6106
    Carolina Casualty: $5360
    Harco: $5332
    Progressive: $4718
    OOIDA: $4701

I'm going with Progressive again. They've always been good to me and had really good rates. I save $890 for paying the whole thing up front, and they gave me a discount for having my CDL & business for 11 years. I'm surprised so many people say they are too expensive.

    Vision,

Those are some pretty good quotes.Sometimes Progressive will surprise and be lower than most. Not in most cases.Usually they are a market for new venture,or when claims or driver violations are an issue. If anything changes let us know.
By the way what state are you located?
