hello.i have a question on the w-9 form.i have my EIN number but i do not have the w-9 form and i was wonder if some one please can tell me what i need to do to get one.if you guy need more info just let me know,and thank you for you help

I'm not an o/o. but a w9 can be sent or givin to you by who ever is requesting it. It a BS form that is just a waste of a tree. here is the irs link for the form http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
