    I forgot to add. It is law, they have to give it to you if you are employed by them. I have worked for 3 companies in my 20 years. Not one of them have ever said no to an expectant father. Just is the right thing to do.

    Make sure that Prime does not have a clause stating that "you have to be employed for X amount of time before you can use the FLA".

    My husband talked to his fleet manager and trainer and they said they have no problem with getting him home for the birth:) thanks for all the answers everyone:p
