Offer to pay for all damages: Parts and labor;
Also $1000.00 to $1200.00 a day for every day the truck will be in the shop.
If you do that it will take all the bad taste out of their mouth: Best case scenario, they might allow you to stay on board, or allow you to resign with a positive reference.
You mentioned you’ve been driving for 10 years. I don’t know what your expenses are or how you’ve handled your money, but if you have a fat savings account, spend some of it here: It might make transitioning to the next carrier easier.tscottme Thanks this. -

I got back to the terminal, I am not fired yet, I got written up… I have a meeting with safety and terminal manager tomorrow..
