Questions about DAC report

To the OP: You're being honest and up-front which is good, but I hope that the handle that you're using here isn't the handle your parents gave you...don't ever want to be too up-front...especially when your dealing with sensitive info. Good luck!

 

"Company Policy Violation" is usually shorthand for saying you failed a test. "Personal Contact Requested" is another you'll see, but it ALWAYS means you failed a test. IF you're clean AND serious about getting back in the industry, I'd suggest finding a construction company that works intrastate and needs a driver to haul their equipment around.

 

Don't fool yourself... every employer knows what "terminated for company policy violation" means.
