Questions about Knight

I don't think (I may be wrong) that Knight has a "school" per se, I think you have to have at least 6 months experience, then you can go to Squire, their "training" division. That's where you will drive with a "trainer", and yes, you will be paid (don't know how much) while with Squire.

Why don't you call Knight, and ask them directly? Don't believe everything they tell you, of course, but it would be a good place to start, don't you think?

 

You don't need 6 mo experience to start with the training division of Knight, aka Squire. You will be paid during the training/driving time with a Squire trainer. Much of this is explained on their website.

It is possible to get CDL training through the company as well. I don't know of ANY company that will pay you while you are in CDL school. They might cover the cost of your training & even provide lodging, but in many cases, the lodging is treated like an advance that you pay back after you are making money driving.
