Got ya! It would be different on a new truck as you would have much more to depreciate.
    Thanks!

I've been kicking around the idea of going IC myself.

Well Ive hit a road bump with Maverick. All I'll say is its a relatively (in perspective) small issue. Im not sure yet if I will pursue it further or let it go. Its a disagreement over a contractual issue, that wasnt an issue until recently. I believe law AND the contract is on my side but a certain individual disagrees ("You can twist this however you want..."). Ive been made to feel that if I fail to toe the line as this person sees it that my job/lease is in jeopardy. Therefore since its a small issue Im not sure if I wish to go further or not.

Dan...are you still IC at Maverick? How long do you have to be at Maverick to be eligible to go IC?

Yeah still here at least for the short term lol. I believe you must be here 6mos then have the recommendation of your fleet manager when you wish to switch.

You had me interested up to this point. Sounds like a personality conflict with your FM could be very costly. If someone gives 6 months to the company for the purpose of qualifying for the lease, it seems like they'd have some more specific guidelines than that.
