They do have guidelines which is why your fm has to give you a pass. If you arent runnin as much as you can or other problems you wont get the go ahead to lease. Ive not run into anyone who I thought would be successful being turned down.

That sounds reasonable. I want to give flatbedding a try and I'm hoping to buy a truck in the not too distant future. I'm making good money running Dollar General loads for USX but I really need a change of scenery. Physical work is a must, but I can't take much more dealing with dollar store managers on a power trip. lol You guys seem to have a lot of freight in MI. Right now I'm just saving cash and researching while my wife looks for a job with medical coverage available for us. Based on your earlier posts it seems like those trucks would be new enough to still be worth something at the end of the lease. Do you still recommend Maverick after your issue you mentioned previously?

I'll definately keep them in mind. I talked to them a couple months ago and there were to things holding me back. The insurance is more expensive than what I have now and they said I'm not in the regional hiring area so I'd have to stay out 2-3 weeks at a time. I live near 69/96 in Michigan. I usually see at least one of your trucks within an hour of leaving the house on Mondays. Boyd claims weekly home time but I've never seen one of their trucks near my home. That leads me to believe that Mavericks recruiter is more honest.
