Red dog, it's as soon as a trainer is available. They usually give u a day or two at home but every case is different. But luck favors the prepared. Be ready and have the mindset after rdtc your hitting the road. This will keep your head in the game.
Sadly dragonfly I am a male only trainer. It's not that I'm a bigot or a sexiest. Lol. I haven't taken gender sensitive training this year so I am not allowed to take ladies along until I get that done. We try to make sure our fellas in the know so they don't do anything inappropriate or offensive. I've taken the course last year but I have been too busy running a hole in the Midwest to get back to gary to get it done. And sorry to hear about you guys and cre. I can't promise you perfection with roehl but I can guarantee its much better then that
And if your worry about an inverter just grab a cobra one you can stick in a 12 v. I have two in my truck and they work great and it only cost me 80 bucks.
Before I had a truck with an inverter I used a Cobra 450 that plugged in to the 12v socket. That took it down to 150w, but that runs a dvd, flat screen t.v. and a laptop computer. Get a Burton 12v pizza oven and you can heat things up while you drive.

No worries, and it is good to know the company cares enough that y'all are sensitive to females. I get along with chauvinist just fine, I have 5 brothers..LOL I have searched thru the complaints on various companies and Roehl really hasn't any. The other drivers on here are filled with great info and seem to really care. CRE not so much, and anyone that asks me I will tell them to steer clear. But this is a new chapter, and Im gonna go for it. What about a sewing machine? Now don't laugh, but I do quilt when I got time... and was just wondering if it was possible in a truck? Some of y'all out there are rolling your eyes, but there is only so many movies and so much tv a person can watch. Was just wondering is all... Wouldn't dare try it with another driver in the truck. Just curious
This is my 1st post, so excuse any errors. I am looking at a job change to get some more stability. I'm going on 56 which might be a little old (I don't know), but I have some over the road experience operating Television Satellite trucks (class B) for a couple of decades. The Roehl 7 on 7 off really appeals to me. So my questions are 1. How are expenses handled when on the road, are they my problem or does the company help out with that? And 2. What are your opinions of the different Home Time scenarios?
