    many real world test have found apu burn more fuel than a truck idle because apu are to small for the load put on them and work bery hard

    show us one test that supports this. one single test that supports idling is more fuel efficient than running an appropriate apu. Come on, just one link. I'm betting you won't. why? because a more fictitious statement had never been made.
