Questions about Walmart

From what I understand, the cameras only face the road. I believe they have a microphone, but it’ll be a nice change for me to not have a camera in my face. I’ll be there in the 11th. My flight down is on the 10th. Keep us updated as you go along.

One piece of advice on the backing exercise. Get yourself lined up outside of the 2 trailers. It's fairly tight. 94 people in my group and I'm fairly certain about half hit one of the trailers on day one. Before anyone ask I did not. I also got out of the truck and walked around the whole thing at least 4 times during the exercise.

 

thats because everyone try's to 90 back in. cant open doors or lean out the window at wm.

 

I have a question about the business casual attire. Do they mean collared polo shirts or do they have to be button down. I normally wear jeans and work shoes and a carhart shirt with a pocket when I’m working, but no collar. The email says come dressed to drive a truck. Well that’s how I drive lol. Any advice??

What you described you work in will be fine.

 

They basically want you to look professional and not like a lot of these flip flop wearing fools..there's a lot of wannabes in this industry that could learn about appearance means everything when showing up at customers..

 

So people are literally backing into other trailers, and getting away with it? It must be extra tight. Hopefully I don't fall into the half that hits a trailer. lol
