From the way I read the article, it was a boost to the drivers case, showed that swift was "stacking the deck" using the arbitration wording in the contract. No give and take that is required in contract wording to give the contract merit for both sides.

But capricious and arbitrary wording is what many contractual agreements contain. The meaning I took from it means that the Swift contractual agreement has no room for arbitration; it is a brick wall, regarding miles.
But I'd need to read the entire ruling before I could post otherwise. Where can I find this particular ruling to interpret it properly? -
I'd also like to see the Swift contract to see how it it is non-arbitrary and compare it to the ruling

Regarding pay accuracy which you also questioned, I've rarely had a problem and it's always been fixed when I call their attention to it. -
