    I made this up a few years ago and stumbled on the file today. I did a small edit to it and decided to put it up on the forums for those of you starting out that do not know what to ask. I do not know if anything else is on the forum like this but feel free to use it. Everyone asks different questions so consider this a generic list for a company driver. I did not add anything student related.

    Forget the 24/7 dispatcher.

    Add someone to sit at the dispatchers desk with a portable television set to the ball game with the phone on silent ring to voice mail. Qualcomm messages are transferred to canned macros containing standard answers to common questions. Anything else seriously interrupting ball game, goes to refer to day time dispatch monday am for further processing, solving and disposal.
