Good evening,
My company uses an F350 dually that has our DOT number on the side. My question is, can a non CDL holder drive that unit as long as there is not a trailer connected making it grater than the 26,001 combined weight?
I should add that I am in Texas -
I believe if you aren’t connected to a trailer you should be ok to drive without a CDL. If you do connect & it’s under 26,000 you’ll need Class B & then A of course for anything over 26,001.Another Canadian driver and WhiskeyEchoBravo Thank this.
