Questions on Fast Card

    I was charged (fingerprinted) in 07, charges were withdrawn in 08. I applied for a file destruction in Sept, to get my fingerprints removed. What are my chances on getting a fast card? Because I was never convicted, and don't have a criminal record do I have to tell the US about the charges.:biggrin_25526:

    As far as my knowledge no because you were never convicted. I have applied for one before.
