It's a good company in my opinion. I'll be here for couple more years. But if you have good amount of experience, there are much better companies out there.

If you go, make sure you go regional. Also it takes some time to learn the system. For instance you have to ask for layover pay. They won't just give it to you. Also if you don't have any incidents they will give you a new truck after a year . So if you're having a lot of mechanical issues hang in there and stick it out. The job gets really better after a year. Another thing. If your fleet manager is not doing a good job fire them and get a new one. They'll get in trouble for it. You are allowed to switch.

They have nice equipment. If there's anything wrong with it have the shop fix it.
