Marten likes to start new drivers on the older trucks.( 2013-2014) But, depends on the situation, a new driver can end up with a nearly new truck if thats all thats avaliable at the terminal where you do orientation.

Your going to like marten. Choose your own route, fuel at pilot/flying j at your choice, nice equipment, layover pay,etc. A fair amount of overnite runs though. Choose regional for best miles, not otr.TheHexRider Thanks this.

yeah i would of stayed at my last job but i just couldn't take living in the shop anymore..with a broke &&& truck, so i decided to do a little research on companies, so when i get a job i can stay there
