Schneider considers me an inexperienced driver and would do the 3 week orientation while swift and other megas consider me an experienced driver even though I've only driven a tractor trailer 2 weeks in training and never by myself. I came off the road about 7 months ago and have only driven a box truck since, seriously torn between Schneider and swift. I love Schneiders 3 week orientation and training while swift would require me to take a road test first day of orientation and then ride with a mentor. What would y'all recommend for someone in my boat

Im definently inexperienced im just concerned because swift said if road test doesnt go well then you're done or go to their school with no pay. I can't afford that
