    yes becuse they ask for it before you take your road test,.
    and i need a new one before i renew as well.. i don't if thats becuse i have school bus on my class A as well.. but i think it is prob droping school bus seeing i dose use it anymore.. and need to retest every 4 years with a 8 hr class every 4 years as well

    I don't undertsand how not needing a medical card for intrastate, but needing one for interstate commerce makes sense?

    You should be medically fit to drive a CMV; whether it's 3, or 3000 miles from your residence.

    Correcto Mundo, Amigo ! To think you could drive a CMV and have high BP or not be medically qualified, just because you're driving on a permit with-in the same state, is ridiculous.
