Most companies require you to supply a current copy of your DMV printout with your application, and medical. DMV as far as tickets 3 years, accidents 3 years , 7 years if there were injuries or a dui. Employment history 10 years by federal requirement.

tomfancy, hey man i hear that us express is hiring not sure on students but id at least give it a shot. I gave up on OTR companies cuz i didnt go to school i just borrowed a buddies truck and took the test thru a third party tester -

So OUI's even if 5 years(2004) old and speeding tickets even older(2002) are just to damaging to get hired. I have asked this on another thread but just wanted to keep checking. I know waiting is about my only bet, but maybe has been through a similar situation.

Thankyou , In a way it makes me happy that things are strict for OUI's they are a serious crime. So I guess I wait a few more years.
