Nevermind about Roehl, just confirmed they do not pay for lodging or meals. Also, something else that was discouraging to learn is that they do hair follicle tests that can go back several months, and even years. I don't know anyone on earth thats never smoked a joint or eaten a sudafed by the time they graduated high school. I think its a bit discrimanatory to go back that far on someones life since we've all had a little fun and made a few mistakes along the way

Stay away from the lease purchase program. I was flown to Ontario, ca terminal and declined the offer, swift then said you're on your own in terms of getting home. That tells you they expect people to blindly accept the terms without reading the fine print, and there's alot of freaking fine print. All miles paid .93 cpm is a JOKE while swift charges double that to their customers. So offsetting truck ownership to some Schlub while they benefit is their objective. I've seen guys that are in the red trying to catch up on their weekly settlements and it's alot of nickel and diming, fees, etc etc

Swift is an ok company but nothing like the so called swift difference they advertise. It's a bunch of glossy shiny ads they pay to make themselves look great but in reality they suck horse balls because they are pilled up in their own self created bureaucracy with layers and layers of incompetent driver managers, driver leaders, driver this driver that, leaving the actual "driver" overwhelmed by swifts stupid incompetent smelly ego inflated dorkasses that annoy and irritate the drivers
