Contact Pre-Pass and let them know what these idiots in IN are doing.

Just curious. Were you on I-69 at the Warren scale when this happened?

Yup. I almost guarantee that's the Warren scale.

So what did you do. Did you call prepass or the Indiana State Police? You have the officers name off your inspection report. If you didn't do anything like that, but you can post here, I call BS.

I only notified my company and they called ISP - they got the run around and got transferred like ten times only to finally get ahold of the inspector at that station. He wasnt there so they left a voice mail with a call back number. They never heard back from him and I am more then postive ISP could care less who the heck is calling. It didnt bother me because I was given a clean LEVEL 3 but is there even a winning scenario here? Their word > yours. I dont know why this could be BS..i've heard far more worse stories...lol

Of course there's a winning scenario. A quick call to Prepass after the first incident would have most likely sorted things out. Why would you hand it off to your company? I would have never gone in on a green light the second day either. I would literally dare the officer to cite me for blowing the coops.

Dare them and when they cite you, refuse to sign which will force them to arrest you on a BS charge. And the magistrate on duty or judge will be so angry that you will think he's going to blow a blood vessel in his forehead. He will have someone else return you to your rig. Winner!

As much as a fantasize about antagonizing police officers, I don't think it would really work out for me in the end. You're kind of fighting a losing battle there.

No, I always sign a citation. I am a fan of most LEO's. I have close family and friends that encompass the entire judicial system. I don't tolerate officers that try to make up their own laws though and will gladly take them to court and win. It's been a while, but one judge asked me if I thought I was Matlock. That was before I was found not guilty for a bogus traffic citation.
Showing up to court with a ticket for blowing by the scale with a Prepass printout showing I was green lighted would be fun. Something targeted like this poster says happened would result in an IA complaint as well from me.

Oh man, I would have the smuggest look on my face if the judge asked me that in front of the officer. Good on you, man.
