I gotta work on my wieght. I'm just fat. Like really fat. The kinda fat we make a lot of fun of here for walking out of the truckstop with a keg of soda and a garbage bag of snacks...

I've taken some baby steps. Walking more eating less. It helps that my new phone keeps track of that. I'm up to 4436 steps today.

It's one of the reasons I really want to get into flatbed. Give me a reason to work harder.

Same here, I'm just not sure I'm ready to make the jump into the unknown. Plus they just changed payscales at our company, I want to see how my checks start to look.

I'm making the most money I've ever made. I'm about on part with what my dad brought home after 20 years at where he worked. But I just hit 6 months. Need to make it awhile longer before I switch out companies. Plus I can do automatic transmissions. So I gotta shop companies and whatnot

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with big cities any more. I'm mostly regional with Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Montana. Yes, I have to deal with snow and wind but at least I don't have to deal with traffic and parking is always easy. God bless your travels!

    Just takes planning is all.

Stopped in jersey to figure out nyc and get a plan. Made one. Worked out. Sometimes I wing it. Major cities like nyc I wont just wing it and see what happens

Use the Upper Deck of the GWB. Then stay in the middle cross bronx.

Edit, I hope you have pre-pass. The GWB is like a hundred dollars to cross now northbound. Nothing southbound.

One more think, The vince lombardi rest area and one other in Jersey, don't stop there. At night, the threat level is incredibly high.

Once out of NYC and into Connecticult be careful of the rush hour traffic up there. The connecticult side of 95 is filled with low clearnace bridges between 95 and the atlantic ocean. Stay on 95. Bypass Boston.

Maine will be a interesting experience for you. Make sure you don't stop in the alcohol shops that they have up there.

The tappan zee is being rebuilt. Don't bother with it. There is the newburgh but you have to be like in Scranton and that';s out of route for you in Norfolk.

DC is not fun, Baltimore is no great shakes either. Philly even less so. If you are smart you don't go Philly. You go up the jersey turnpike.

That was exactly my day to a t.

I ran walmart wagons through philly for a lil bit. I ran the turnpike. Ran the gwb. Wasn't to bad. Hit stop and go in the bronx. What else is new right? Got in the lane secound to the left and stayed there till well after I hit Connecticut.

Yea I grew up near those rest areas. I just stopped to piss wait 30 min and plan the rest f my day out

Altho if everything goes to plan I won't be looking foward to my return trip. If this preplan holds I'll be running right back to where I came from. If that happens I'll try to run It vampire and knock it out in one day if I can. Mile wise I can but idk what hours will look like.
