The O/O wants experience. If you don't have any, you need to be honest with him now and let him decide. Otherwise, you are wasting your time and his.
-
He knows I have no experience,I told him that. But I guest he dont mind training me.

it will take 3 or 4 weeks to get your letter from TSA in order to get your hazmat endorsment.

If FedEx is requiring 2 years experience for all drivers in this route and he breaks that, he's in danger of losing his contract...and FedEx contracts are quite lucrative. But that's his deal I suppose. Not trying to discourage you or anything (hey, any job in this economy is a good thing to have). But if I had a FedEx contract/route, I'd be following their guidelines to a 't'. They are worth quite a bit and cash flow quite well. -
I was on there web site something about they proved training? Not sure whats that about.

Is this after I pass the written test?
-
here in nevada, you must have the letter before they let you take the test.

Each state is different as to how they handle Hazmat endorsements, so you will need to call you DMV and make sure how they do theirs.

Same in Illinois as well.
