    New drivers with a fresh CDL start at .36 cpm. I received a raise every 3 months in the first year. Technically 5 as they made some changes to the pay plan.

    Most of these comments are from 2019-2021. Anybody still working at R.E. West? I know the starting pay is higher now. $0.45 dry van newbie / $0.50 flatbed newbie with a $0.01 raise every 3 months. I don't really care about the cameras. Other than that did any of you end up going there or are still there? Seems like the best option for me starting out since I want to eventually do heavy haul.
