When I say goals, I may here misspoke. By goals, I meant they ask what you’re wanting to do such as flatbed, van, oversize etc. it’s a pretty informal type interview, nothing to worry about. They will probably do a phone interview first. Both are more them telling you about the job and the company and how they operate etc. more than anything else.

Thanks again man! I just applied last night, waiting for a call. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow I might just have to call.

Feel free to give them a call. They are super helpful and don’t mind. Since you’re military, you could ask for Stephen in recruiting. He’s also ex militia s very knowledgeable.

Ok, a little update. I went out for 3 weeks with a trainer. We did 10 days, a couple days off then another 5 out.
When I got back and the trainer signed off I had to take a little test, you can use your training manual. It was pretty basic knowledge as well as a preplanning exercise. I was also issued my truck that day. I did my first solo run last week. Ended with 2834 miles for the first solo week. Still a rookie but seems like good miles to me. Here’s to it staying consistent.
If anyone has any questions just feel free to ask. Have a good one and be safe out there.
