Just a tip from my experience with them...At the time this was when dock combo drivers was starting to emerge within all LTL companies..Beware when they say dock for 6hrs then drive..Combo guys when I was hired was primarily a dock worker as your main job then driving comes if your needed Don't let anyone fool u about this aspect especially if your a new employee with low seniority ...also I was given a time card to swipe when u arrive for dock duties that paid less than your hourly wage as say a PD driver ect...If you do not keep up with the work load as a seasoned dock worker they will write u up continuously..I've driven truck all my life..Not a forklift like ppl that are hired for just that particular kinda work are..if your good on a forklift like all the dock workers are u should have no problem...But you will work more dock than drive.as I said this was my experience a few yrs back..From some of the drivers from RL that I run into from time to time say they've changed this policy somewhat..Cause to many drivers were quitting after the company invested in the hiring process..When I was there 9 combo drivers including myself quit in less than 6 months...Hope this helps your decision ..good luck
